This privacy policy describes how House Haldus OÜ (registry code 14391435, Pärnu mnt 137, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia; “we” or the “controller”) processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. Data we process

  • Contact form data: name, email, phone (optional), topic, message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, visit time, cookies used.
  • Contract data: contact details of clients and partners where we provide property management services.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Responding to enquiries — basis: pre-contractual steps (GDPR art 6(1)(b)) or your consent (art 6(1)(a)).
  • Service delivery — basis: contract (art 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest (art 6(1)(f)).
  • Statistics and improvement — basis: your consent (art 6(1)(a)) through the cookie banner.
  • Legal obligations (accounting etc.) — art 6(1)(c).

4. Retention

Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months. Contract documents are retained for 7 years per Estonian accounting law. Cookies follow the schedule in section 7.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only where strictly necessary: with our email provider (Zone Media OÜ), web hosting, accounting, and analytics/advertising partners (Google) where you have given consent. For transfers outside the EEA (e.g. Google services) we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • to be informed about the processing of your data;
  • to access your data and obtain a copy;
  • to rectification and erasure (right to be forgotten);
  • to restrict or object to processing;
  • to data portability;
  • to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);
  • to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

7. Cookies

This site uses cookies to improve user experience and gather statistics. Categories:

  • Necessary — required for the site to function (e.g. consent storage). Retention: up to 6 months.
  • Functional — remember your language preference. Retention: 1 year.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics (anonymised). Retention: up to 14 months.
  • Marketing — Google Ads conversion measurement. Retention: up to 13 months.
